Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner: What Elite Runners Eat
Justin Young of the Cassidy Feed asked 16 elite distance runners what they eat. The answers may surprise you (or not). For example, Brian Sell said, "I eat a Pop Tart everyday before heading out, and then either cereal, preferably Fruity Pebbles, eggs and bacon, or a ham and cheese omelette after I am done."
Justin is himself an elite runner, who was selected to the U.S. team for the World Championships.
